Co-Directing, Live Mixing and Editing

I co-directed, live mixed, and edited a live cooking demonstration and tasting session. This consisted of co-directing a group of 12 fellow students, live mixing between 3 cameras and a graphics screen, and editing a highlight video of the event. It was organised in partnership with IVSI (Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani), ASSICA (Associazione Industriali delle Carni e dei Salumi), and the Italian Trade Agency.
